J. Scott Key

Scott Key has extensive experience in the courtroom. He has experience from felony trials at the Superior Court level to appeals in the Supreme Court of Georgia and the Georgia Court of Appeals. He has tried cases and represented the accused all over the state of Georgia. Scott has also represented clients in civil proceedings, not only on habeas petitions, but also including appeals on child custody and divorce cases.

Kayci N. Timmons
Kayci Timmons has experience in the Georgia Superior Courts, in the Supreme Court of Georgia and the Georgia Court of Appeals. She has represented clients on appeal, at every stage, all over Georgia, from civil divorce and custody cases to criminal murder cases. |
Tori Johnson
Tori Johnson currently attends Purdue Global University, where she has completed a Legal Secretary Course and obtained a Legal Secretary Certification. In addition to that Certification, Tori is currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Legal Support and Services which, upon completion, will allow her to obtain her Paralegal Certification. In the meantime, Tori is working as a legal assistant to all of the attorneys within the office of Miller & Key, P.A. Tori is hard-working, efficient, and heavily assists in client communication and intake, court filings, case updates, court scheduling, drafting, and more.
