Recognized as among the top 100 trial  Lawyers in Georgia by the National Trial Lawyers along with SuperLawyer as published in Atlanta Magazine, Suesan has earned a reputation for fearlessly defending difficult criminal cases.  She was also awarded Best Trial Victory of the year  (2014) and DUI Lawyer of the Year (2015) for an Unbelievable Jury trial verdict for Acquittal by the Georgia DODD group. 

Suesan Miller tirelessly defends those accused of Crimes  in Georgia, with an affinity for those charged with DUI. She has taken over a 100 cases to jury trial, handling everything from Murder to shoplifting and disorderly conduct.   She graduated from the Concord College in Athens West Virginia and attended Law School at Western New England College in Springfield Massachusetts.

Stacy O'Leary-Harris has 18 years of experience as a legal assistant and paralegal in commercial civil litigation, creditor's rights bankruptcy, appellate, labor, environmental, and intellectual property law.  She is a former employee of Holland & Knight, LLP and Hunton & Williams, LLP, in Atlanta, Georgia, both international firms, where she gained the majority of her civil litigation experience.  

In 2006, she began her career as a criminal defense paralegal and graduated into the role of internal investigator later that year.  She earned her Certificate of Completion in Professional Investigation from Clayton State University in 2010.  Mrs. O'Leary-Harris has assisted attorneys in cases ranging from death penalty, felony murder, vehicular homicide, aggravated assault, child molestation and drug cases, in addition to a wide variety of misdemeanor cases. Mrs. O'Leary-Harris's role in a client’s case begins at inception and follows through to trial assistance. She is able to mesh her experience as a paralegal along with her role as investigator to assist in presenting the best defense and best possible outcome.  Every case is a challenge and every client is a person.

Jennifer is new to the legal community, however her experience in customer service has been beneficial to her legal career.  She has lived in the Henry county area for over 15 years and a graduate of Morrow High School. She worked at Atlanta Hartsfield Airport for a freight forwarding company in the capacity of customer service supervisor for 6 years.  She honed her customer service skills and realized she can make a difference by serving the customer’s needs.  She took some time off to start a family and re-entered the professional world as a legal assistant.  She enjoys working with people and takes pride in finding solutions. She looks forward to new challenges in her career and each day brings the opportunity to gain more experience.

In 2012, she joined the firm of Suesan A. Miller, P.C. Jennifer is a very compassionate individual, who takes the time to listen and serve clients and their needs to the best of her ability.  She greets every client with a warm smile and compassionate heart.
